………….where’s my vimeo page or why the embeded videos on my blog are missing?
Today I received an email which read:
Dear Joga Kidd:
Your account has been removed by the Vimeo Staff for violating the Rules of Vimeo.com
Reason: Uploading game walk-throughs, game strategy videos, depictions of player vs player battles, raids, or other videos that simply depict individuals playing a video game.
We hope you find a video host more suited to your needs. If you believe this was an error, please reply to this email in a civil manner with your reasoning (“I see other people do it” is not a valid reason).

Excuse me while i go sort this out….or hunt for another place to showcase my vids…….. oh fuck it

Oh wow! That is just awful! Now they’re going after machinima videos, too? Were you able to get it straightened out?

apparently they don’t, not mention there’s like an ass-load of videos on their site already which is just straight up gameplay footage, but oh well. It makes no sense to me how i got targeted I’ve never released anything that i thought could be consider gameplay footage. They still haven’t emailed me back and they probably never will.
I started a new account on there today under the name B.Kiddo, although I am hesitant about uploading anything to it, i do like to look at the videos people create on there though. Thanks for the offer Judy.
